Suraksha - Ship's Boat
The ship’s boat is both fast and versatile, making it a popular choice for auxiliary craft. While most commonly seen hauling small cargo and passenger loads between ships and worlds, in smaller militaries the ship’s boat is also used as a boarding craft by marine assault teams.
- The Suraksha is Sultana's personal boat, where he lives and sleeps if able.
- The interior is very plush; very comfortable chairs, highly polished fold-out table surfaces, and a very well appointed refresher room. The pilot's chair especially is very comfortable, tailored specifically for Sultana's body, and can also lay back to function as a sleeping surface if he feels the need to not stray far from the controls.
- The atmosphere aboard the Suraksha is also very unsettling, with a psychic edge that makes people nervous, especially if they happen to be psychically sensitive. Sultana himself has somewhat become desensitized to it, but not completely so; he's just more used to it from near-constant exposure than anyone else.
- As a result of this, he doesn't often invite people on board for social visits. And it seems to motivate any workers to get their jobs done even quicker so they can leave sooner.
