TMO (Technically Eric Thompson but none of us call him that) found my D&D game long ago. He joined in and quickly became a lynch pin of the group. He has always been a steady influence to help everyone tell their stories, to help them learn by showing, and most importantly becoming a great friend.
TMO has taken it upon himself to create things that we want to use in game if they did not exist. If that is a story, a character, an addition to our VTT to make it better for everyone, TMO has been great at being the 'adult in the room' while at the same time remembering that 'we grow old because we stop playing'.
