Have you found me accommodation for this evening and what is your advice about how I should find this accomodation. Regarding my activities for next couple of days, I would very much appreciate it if you could make arrangements for Provost Falx to contact me at my accomodation once he is ready to introduce me to the contacts he is arranging for me. Might you also be able to do that?

For the chances of meeting Provost Falx I will remind you he is a very busy administrator and it is unlikely he will contacting you directly.
